Is there a way to make the stroke effect expand outwards instead of inwards?
The stroke effect covers the drawing on the layer chosen instead of expanding. Is there a way to make it go outwards? Thanks.

@already in use, literally can you post a screenshot of the issue, you can set the stroke in layer style dialog to outside, maybe I'm misunderstanding your issue
