I am new to PS. And am trying to learn more about it. I saw there are lots of video version of tutorrials on the site:adobe.com . I just wonder? Is there any pdf/written version of tutorials?

Are you asking if these videos on adobe.com have written versions? No, sorry, they do not.

The ones I looked at include "what you have learned" at the end of each video in text format, though. And Closed Captions can be turned on with a choice of languages as you are watching. Does that help?
