ISSUE IN GENERATIVE AI

Question

i have a issue in text to image ai, which gives me plain empty white layer for all of my prompts.All other possible parameters were checked for the plain white layer.

Please share the screenshots & system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

The description is not sufficient at this point. Are you using Generative Fill, or Generate Image in Photoshop, or Photoshop Beta?

As a quick test, try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/46Rk0Mm) to rule out if it's an application or network issue.
