Issue with pattern fill in photoshop

Hi, my pattern fill isn't working for one of the patterns I made. When I put it in pattern preview it looks fine but when I save the pattern to create a pattern fill it comes out chopped up. None of the other patterns I've made do this so I'm wondering how to save it so the pattern fill will come out like it's supposed to.
