Issue with photoshop beta shorcuts

Good evening.

I'm having a problem with photoshop beta shortcuts. When I lauch the app and start working everything is fine, but after some time on the app the shortcuts get mixed up and do not work altought they appear to be same. For example when I press CTRL+T it does not show transform options. When I press the tools shortcuts it does not activate the wanted tool...etc. Again, this problem does not occur when starting the app, it only happens after 10-15 minutes of using the app and things do not go back to defaults until I have restarted the Laptop.

I have tried restarting the work space, checked the preferences and keyboard shortcuts menu, and everthing looks fine.
