Issue with print file size

Hello, 

I am not sure whether I am being wholly thick and missing something really silly or whether this is a genuine fault/bug I am experiencing. 

I am trying to print an A6 card design, the cardstock is 210mm x 149mm with a score in the middle (when folded it will create an A6 size card). 

My media size is 210mm x 149mm and my artwork fits inside of those dimensions. On everything, it seems set up right, however, when it prints it is completely off and I have no idea how to rectify.

I have attached some screenshots. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
