Hello, it would help if you provided the version of your operating system: 10.15.4? of Photoshop 21.1.2? we see Camera Raw's version.

Could you please let us know the exact version of Photoshop and Camera raw you're working with? 

To get started with troubleshooting, I'd suggest that you uncheck the option "Use graphics Processor" under Camera raw preferences.
