issues with cc main app and photoshop

ok this is geting crazy.

i'm unable to open photoshop.

turns out i have an issue with adobe cc.

message said it would try and fix.

well it's not fixed and for the life of me i cant find the adobe cc app to download.

all the links i find don't work. the reason is, i'm forced to the canada site (i'm canadian) and the link is not there. i just see my profile. do i ahve to download everything again?

can someone post a link to the download for canada?

seems it doesnt take much as of late to find myself very fustrated.
