Issues with Oil Paint Filter.

Question

I'm having an issue using the Oil Paint Filter! Sometimes it will work, and sometimes when I try to use it, I will get an Error message telling me I need to update a driver, then it will disable The Oil Paint Filter. The computer I am using is less than 2 months old, and my operating system, exceeds ALL of the requirements for Photoshop to run correctly. Every other feature, and app, all work without any issues, it is only the Oil Paint Filter that is giving me problems. As I already mentioned, sometimes it will work without ANY issues, and then sometimes I will get that error message. However, when I do get that message, if I reboot Photoshop 4 or 5 times, the Oil Paint Filter will work correctly.

Hello, you might have missed the tips on how to get help quickly, you have given no information at all about your computer, which makes it difficult.
Please post the contents of the menu Help>System info up to the line licence type (the rest won't help us, you can delete it from your answer)
