Issues with Pen, crop and lasso tools

Since installing the latest PS on my PC, I've come across multiple glitches that come and go. The pen tool and the lasso tool often go bazaar on me when I try to use the mouse to draw, and the crop tool starts to crash and flicker all over the place! Anyone else had this issue?
