It is poosible to remove the "Grey dots background" ?

Hey I added a picture about the issue..

I opened a file that I want to edit in PS but this is the background I see...

is it poosible to remove it ?? I saw that after I`m exporting this its become white again, but totally white... its kind of a grey white.. I mean, not like the normal its should be...

    The checkerboard indicates a transparent area. In many cases this is normal.

    So that we have a better idea, give us a screenshot of your work-space with the your document area visible and the Layers Panel open.

    Transparency indication is useful when you need it, so I'd be more inclined to use a layer filled with white at the bottom of the stack.

    You can turn off the visibility of the grid with Edit > Preferences > Transparency and Gamut. In the Transparency Settings section, set Grid Size to "None".

    As Gene said, could you post a screenshot with the layers panel?
