Je n'ai pas accès à la fenêtre "bibliothèque" sur photoshop

Je n'ai pas accès à la fenêtre "bibliothèque" sur photoshop, elle n'apparait pas dans le menu fenêtre.

Dans Illustrator par exemple, la fenêtre apparait bien.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi, des collègues l'ont bien de leur côté.

J'ai bien fait la dernière mise à jour (23.1.1)

juste une idée : affiche l'espace de travail Les indispensables, et réinitialise le… on ne sait jamais… Cet espace prévoit l'affiche des biblis dans le panneau Propriétés/ réglages…

Merci.

J'ai eu beau réinitialiser "Les indispensables", je ne vois pas de bibliothèque dans la fenêtre Propriétés ou Réglages, et je ne le vois pas non plus dans le menu fenêtre.

Alors c'est peut-être un problème lié à l'appli CC

ferme tous les softs Adobe et ouvre l'appli CC 

 

ensuite essaye de le relancer, car cela relancera aussi les biblis…

  • macOS: Command+Option+R
  • Windows: Ctrl+Alt+R

rouvre ensuite Totoshop et avec un peu de chance…

Hi there,

 

We're sorry to hear that you cannot access the "Library" window. Is it happening after the latest update? Did you try resetting your workspace preferences? If not, Go to Window > Workspaces > Reset Essentials. Re-launch the app and check once.

It is not happening since the latest update, I know I had this problem before, but I moved on.

I tried reseting my workspace preferences, and relaunch, but I still have the issue...

Thanks for the update. 

You may try resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. Here's the article for the steps: https://adobe.ly/3ceal5t Also, back up the existing Photoshop preferences if you have any custom brushes, action, and workspace: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG.
Once done, please relaunch the app.
