Je n'arrive plus à enregistrer mes fichiers pour le web

Depuis quelques temps je n'arrive plus à enregistrer mes fichiers en jpeg ou png. Un message d'erreur "Impossible d'effectuer cette opération. Erreur de droits d'accès en écriture." s'affiche lorsque je veux enregistrer.

J'ai mis à jour la dernière version de Photoshop (23.4.2), j'ai réallumé mon ordi, autorisé l'accès à Photoshop dans les options "Accessibilité" et "Accès complet au disque" mais rien n'y fait.

Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider ?

Hi @laetitia25640575rsge, resetting preferences is not the same as manually moving them out of where they live.

Go through this page and see the process and see if this fixes your issue.

I tried to reset the preferences but it didn't work.
What do you mean by "put the Settings folder back" please ?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
