jpeg files are greyed out and cannot be selected

We are using Photoshop CS6 and resize and adjust vibrance etc. to a batch of photos. The process we do is: File, Scripts and Select image processor. We then go to Select folder, and would normally be able to select a bunch of jpegs. Then we would hit Run and the process would happen automatically. 

For some reason, now when we hit Select folder, any jpegs, in any folder, are greyed out and cannot be selected. Please Help! We desperately need this fixed. Thank you so much.
