June 17th 2020 PS Update Kills Scrubby Zoom

I've already reverted last to the last update for this reason, among other bugs here and there. Scrubby zoom is essential for my workflow, and it keeps getting greyed out when I try to use it. Checked preferences, tried reverting to "Basic" mode under performance, and turning off Open CL -- nothing. 

It seems as though every time an update is released it messes with my preferences and disrupts my workflow. Auto-update will be turned off moving forward.
