Just started Photoshop and Lightroom and they are reset to

Question

i just started my pc and find that my photoshop and lightroom version are reset to the state after a fresh install.

also the cloud app only shows lighroom and camera raw installed not my other adobe apps.

the system made no updates and i did nothing.
i just shutdown my PC for two ours and after restart i have to deal with this. 😞

the good thing is my adobe cloud storage was not deleted.

but i had to remove all adobe apps.

clean all folders by hand and reinstall everything.

when i reinstalled i noticed that PS v22.1 was released.

don´t know if the cloud app tried to update and it went wrong.

anyway... it has cost me a day of work.

in the late 90s and 2000s i remember a photoshop that was rock solid... ah the good old days.

in the last years i contacted the adobe support a few times. a waste of time!

the only time they could help me was when i had a question regarding subscription payment.

technical questions, solving bugs.... forget it.
