Just upgraded to Photoshop v25.0, and generative fill is not working!

I have just upgraded my photoshop to v25.0.

I see the generative fill bar and be able to type and click the generate button. However, nothing showed up after loading pop-up screen and there is an orange bar message popped up on the top of artboard saying "This feature is not available." 

Wonder if anyone knows why?
