In Batch Rename, I want to keep the keep the current names for batched images (numbered sequences like 002, 003, 004), but add a descriptor to each such as JPG LG, so that I get the following:  002 JPG LG, 003 JPG LG, 004 JPG LG.  This worked for me for years but I accidently changed something and now can't get back to it.  How do I do this?

I am not getting it, please post screenshot with example renamed files. You can use Image Processor Pro to append to file name, please watch this explanation https://youtu.be/nDikzV3TLFw?t=444

Are you aware that Adobe Bridge has a very powerful renaming tool?

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
