Keyboard Shortcut to other workspaces

I've got a couple workspaces set up, and I realized that when I'd switch from workspace to workspace I'd loose a keyboard shortcut but I was checking that box to include keyboard shortcuts along with Menus and Toolbars. So question would be, if I save over top of my exsiting workspaces with the same name to replace them, and not check that box would that then give me ONE set of keyboard shortcuts across all workspaces?

I've noticed that Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign all handle saved workspaces differently. Illustrator has no selectable check boxes. Indesign has two boxes, Panel Locations and Menu Customization and Photoshop has three selections Keyboard Shortcuts, Menus, Toolbar.
