Keyboard shortcuts aren't working properly in Photoshop 2022

Often when I use a keyboard shortcut, it doesn't work directly. For example:

I'm working with the brush tool, then I want to use the magic wand tool by pressing W. For a second it changes into the magic wand tool, but then it directly changes to brush again. After one or two times pressing W again, it sticks with the magic wand tool. This keeps happening with all keyboard shortcuts. It's only sometimes that a shortcut works directly.
