Keyboard shortcuts stop working in Photoshop

When I try to use any shortcut keys in Photoshop I get an error code.  It was working fine last week and didn't making any changes to my preference.  It did crash on me this morning so maybe that did something to the program.  I already tried the ctrl + alt + delete at launch to reset my preferences and still having the issue.  The error code I recieve is "Could not complete your request because of a program error".
