Keyboard shortcuts won't work

Hi,

I have Photoshop CC 2017 on Windows 10 and none of any keyboard shortcuts are working:
ctrl+n ctrl+x ctrl+t none, tried many.

I already proceeded to preference reset, uninstall and re-install. It doesn't work.

That gets me super late in my work.

Anyone have an idea ?

Hi alainb,

You may try to uninstall Photoshop (use Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove all its related files) and reinstall it.

Also, you try creating another user account and use Photoshop there.
