Question

Konnte xxx weil ein Programfehler aufgetreten ist nicht öffnen.

Hallo zusammen,
seit wenigen Tagen habe ich folgendes Problem:
Ich kann keine alten Dateien öffnen (keine Fehlermeldung - nix passiert) und keine neuen Dateien erstellen (Fehlermeldung "Konnte xxx nicht weil ein Programmfehler aufgetreten ist nicht öffnen. Die verlinkte Internetseite "Informationen zur Behebung" ist nicht existent.

Neuinstallation, Änderung der Voreinstellungen und ältere Versionen funktionieren leider auch nicht - heißt das Programm ist für mich nicht mehr nutzbar.

Gibt es noch Ideen, wie das Problem gelöst werden kann?

I couldn't even create a new file - somehow it works today. I didn't change anything, so let's hope it stays that way.

@Konrad Create a new file and save local not in the sync folder. Then try to reopen it.

Would love trying this - but I cant open any files. In the past I never had any problem with saving a new file local or OneDrive.

Disable the sync and try saving a new file to your local HD (not in the OneDrive folder). Does that file then open?

@Kevin Stohlmeyer Yes - my OneDrive sync is enabled - My files are located at OneDrive and on a local device. In both cases i got the same error.

@Konrad do you have OneDrive or Dropbox sync enabled on your machine? Where are the files located when saved/opened?
