Kyle brushes – where are the .tlp files?

Kyle Webster brush sets used to be .tlp files with great functions and effects.

I've just downloaded the brushes as a CC subscriber but thery're all .abr files.

Where are the 'Impasto' effects etc?

Will these become available?
