Kyle's brushes don't show up even though I'm logged in with Adobe account

I can't see Kyle's brushes in Adobe, even though I'm logged in and Adobe has confirmed my account, when I return the brushes don't show up. I logged in many times but still can't. HELP!

Try logging completely out of all Adobe programs and Creative Cloud. Then log back in and see if it shows.

Kyle's brushes can be downloaded from https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/brushes.html

Then just double click to install them.
