Kyles watercolor brushes

Was using Ps on my laptop, now im using Fresco on a tablet. 
Downloaded the same watercolor brushes from Kyles collection, but the blender brush doesnt work? Before it would bled the colors seemlessly, now its just a regular brush that places color. Any ideas of how i could mimic the original blender brush or what settings I need to toggle?

    Could you please post screenshots of Photoshop and Fresco with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, Brushes, Brush Settings, …) visible? 

    What is the exact Brush you are talking about and what is its Tool in Photoshop?
