La fonction CTRL+N pour ouvrir un nouveau fichier ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour,

Quand je clique sur le menu "Fichier" puis "Nouveau...", cela m'affiche un écran vide avec en haut de la page : "%CC_FNFT_DIALOG_NAME".

Mais rien ne s'affiche pour créer un nouveau fichier.

Il ne m'est donc pas possible de créer un nouveau fichier.

Si quelqu'un a déjà rencontrer ce problème, je vous remercie de m'aider.

Je suis sur Photoshop CC 2018 sous le système Windows 10.
