Lack of spontaneity with brush

Hello ! 

I'm here to submit a issue that i'm facing with Photoshop. 

When i'm drawing with my drawing tablet with the brush there is a problem which bothers me, when i draw a line, the line appears not directely but after a few hundredths of a second. It seems insignificant but this is really annoying (i'll put a little video to show you )

So can i fix this problem ? And if i can, how can i ?
