Lag in mode Full screen with Menu Bar (hiden Option bar)

Please help.
My Photoshop has a problem in "Full screen with menu Bar" mode. The error occurred in Cc 2019 (from all versions) and CC 2020. I thought my Windows might have a problem installing another win version but the error still occurred.
When I switched to "Full screen with menu Bar" mode by pressing F, if I used Tab to hide Option Bar and Palete, when I adjusted the color (using Curve, Level or Feather commands, the adjustment bars were hidden, not shown. to control although it appears but hidden is not visible), and if the mode "Full screen with menu Bar" that shows the Option Bar, I adjust normally.
Has anyone encountered a situation like me please show me how to handle this case. Thank you very much
