Lagging when transform text

Hello, can someone help me? 😞

I'm working with design in A3 size and 300ppi, but when i want to scale some text(even a word) like rotation or scale its really gets heavy and lag when scaling. But after confirm size, it became smooth again, it happens in new adobe Photoshop version also in Beta too.
