Lagging when using photoshop on Macbook pro M1

My Macbook M1 blinks after every time I open the file like this, how can I fix it?

Thanks for reaching out! The recording you shared wasn’t very clear. Would you mind recording your screen using QuickTime instead of your phone camera? This will help us better understand the issue.

Also, could you confirm if this issue occurs with every file or just certain ones? It would be helpful to know the version of macOS and Photoshop you’re using as well. Please also share your system info by going to Photoshop > Help > System Info, copying it into a text file, and uploading it via a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.
