Large Cyan Square "filter" Glitch Applied On Export

So twice in the past few days I've tried to export an image as a png, and I've been getting the following weird glitch upon export. These were not manually added and seem to only occasionally get applied to my images upon saving them. I'm not sure what could be the cause of it since I have an RTX 2070 and my GPU should absolutely not be running into issues trying to process or save the image. I've literally never encountered a glitch like this in Photoshop in the 10+ years I've been using it, so I'm really confused as to what could be causing it. If I try and save the image again, it usually saves just fine. It's an occasional glitch which is what is confusing me. What could be the cause of this? (I like to joke that Kevin, that cube in the image, is just screwing with me hehe)

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
