Lasso Tool missing on 2021. Content aware 2021

Adobe updated to 2021. I went to remove some dust spots and a tree limb. There is no lasso tool in tool bar other than magnetic and polygon.. I can't move it from the hidden tools to the tool bar. I really like that tool and now it is gone. Without it I can get along without photoshop.
