When I circle an object with the lasso tool and try to move it, the lasso moves, but not the image with it. I've never had this problem before, do I have a setting on. I't does it with all images I open.
Hi @Zoe285176872hsw the lasso tool does not move objects - never has. After selecting, use the Move Tool to move the selected object. You can hold the Cmd (mac) or Ctrl (win) to get the Move tool via shortcut.
