Hi there!

I was relieved to see update 21.1.3 of Adobe Photoshop. But, alas, since version 21.1 the lasso tool has been malfunctioning when pressing "Alt" for polygonal lasso and using the Wacom pen input to make selections. There would be an extra, random selection made upon many clicks. Even the selections that look clean, are not, but have an extra line added. I have been in touch with Adobe about this since version 21.1 and the problem persists.

Will I be stuck on version 21.0.3 forever??

Adobe broke Photoshop WinTab support in the 21.1 update and has not fixed. If you configure your Wacom Photoshop preferences to use Windows INK and remove the Stylus statement in your Photoshop preference file PSUserConfig.txt files youshould be able to use your Wacom pen with Photoshop tools.

Thank you. Yes, I see that the lasso tool works fine and live brush preview is back, without the PSUserConfig File. However, then we have that distracting modifier keys popup again, which was one of the reasons we had started to use the PSUserConfig file in the first place all those years ago. What was it? 10 years? I forget. Going to have to try to get accustomed to that.
