After the latest update in Photoshop, I can't upload image files to my mac. Get notified if there is a program error.

Check this: Apple changed the security requirements in MacOS Monterey and later. Go to MacOS 'System Settings - Security & Privacy' and add (Lightroom Classic and) Photoshop to "Full Disk Access". Click on the lock icon to unlock the settings, then click on the plus icon to add Lightroom Classic and/or Photoshop if it isn't already listed. If it is listed, then just enable the checkbox. Whilst you're trying to sort out the issue with the latest version of Photoshop, it might be worth installing the previous version (in addition) so you can continue using Photoshop.

Hello, could you explain what you mean by upload photos? Uploads from camera are usually done from Lightroom.

If you mean opening images, what is the exact error you get, how do you open (drag and drod, file>open, etc.)

If you can open Photoshop, please post in an attached text file the contents of Photoshop's Help>System Info... menu, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.
