Since update I cannot move elements in layers all I get is the hand for moving the screen image.

    Hi Bill.  Is this Photoshop and not Photoshop Elements?

    And is this V25.2 ?

     

    What OS version are you using?  I believe there have been issues with later OS versions like Sonoma.  I'll edit your subject to show you using a Mac, as I use Windows and am not the best person to fix your problem.
