Latest update ruined everything for Wacom Tablet in Windows 10

So this is quite annoying. From the last update the pen pressure didn't work anymore in Photoshop in Windows 10. I searched and I did find a workaround by disable Windows INK and change the PSUserConfig.txt to 

# Use WinTab

UseSystemStylus 1

But that's just not enough...draggin things in photoshop doesn't work anymore. You can't rearrange layers with the pen anymore. Right Click on pen doesn't work. It's very frustrating.

My only option now it seems, is to go back to a stable version of Photoshop.
