Latest version of Photoshop 2021 won't load on the home page

After installing the most latest version of Photoshop 2021, the home/start/welcome screen is stuck at this loading screen. I have already tried resetting preferences, but it did not work. Someone please help. Thank you!

+ in addition, my photoshop makes my laptop heat up and the fans turn on when I open it
