Lay vertical rocket standing on groundplane on its side on groundplane

How do I change a 3D rocket object standing on the groundplane to lie on it's side on the groundplane?

Photoshop’s 3D features have been deprecated so I would recommend doing such work in proper 3D software.

But I guess you could also try using Photoshop 2021.

What is the 3D file’s format?
