Layer legacy compositing not fixing layer blending mode

Hi

I am opening my old Photoshop cc2014  file in latest photoshop 2020 but my file giving different result.  Blending mode i use top layer with color dodge and the below layer with color overlay and background layer.

 

I ll try using legacy compositing option to fix the issue but same result...

 

So please help me out in this issue to fix the problem.. my system specifications are below :-

 

OS - Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Version 1909
OS Build 18363.778

Corsair 64gb ddr4 Ram 3000mhz
Intel i7 8700K processor
Aorus 1080ti graphic card

Asus Z370F Mother Board

That is not the latest version of Photoshop. The latest version is v21.2

 

Can you show a screenshot of your layers and result in CC2014 compared to v19.09. Also please go to Help >System info and press copy. Then paste the info here.
