Layer masks

I created a layer mask which has some text on it and I wanted to hide it behind a bottle and to disappear the parts which were covered under the bottle. And also I wanted that to be a permenant Only to that parts but not the whhole text, so if I wanted to move my text, I can move it with the full text. But it didn't work out as I wanted. Your help is highly appreciated in this. Thanks.
