Layers Frozen
Just updated to the latest version of Photoshop and now all layers are frozen. I attempt to rearrange layers but they act as if they're locked- but they are not locked. Any help would be appreciated. Sorta stuck right now.

Solved- I restarted the machine a second time and all is well in Photoshopville. Wish all problems were this simple.
