layers not visible on multi artboards documents

Photoshop 23.2.2 and previous versions. Unfortunately still persists a bug that doesn't show layers' content on multiple artboards documents. Layers are not visualized (like they were empty) and background is visualized white. You can select objects  despite they are not visible. However if you export to any raster format you will see the file as you designed it. Actually it's not possible to work on these type of documents, both new and previously created ones. Please help. Here is a screenshot.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale setting somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.
