layers turning to white when moving it in artboard, as shown in the video attached, that happens only with artboards. how can I fix this bug ?

    @Yusufi275236872z8v make sure you are on Photoshop version 24.x or 25.2 (not 25.0 or .1) then go to Preferences/Technology Preview and check Disable Native Canvas.

    Seems like a GPU/graphic card issue. Have you looked into this problem shooting post?
