I have never had photoshop on my computer and downloaded photoshop cc just about 2 weeks ago. I have no legacy files available not in shapes, colors, gradients, anything. I don't even have the options. Why did I not get these with the program?? Where can I find them?

Hello, Can you check the version of Photoshop that you are using, in Help>system info?
