Letters won't show with a selected font- but punctuation and numbers do. HELP!

I purchased a font recently and installed it. It's worked great everywhere I have used it. Except for one spot. When I select this font in Photoshop and type letters, nothing shows. The field shows blank. When I type numbers or punctuation using this font, they show up. Every other font works properly. What could be the issue? I'm stumped.

Thanks in advance.

The font I purchased doesn't come in all caps form, just lower case. So in that text layer, it was prompting the font to be set to all caps (TT), which in turn was causing the field to be blank. I simply turned off the 'TT" option, and now it shows the font just fine.
Thanks for your help, Peru Bob!

When I say it's worked great everywhere I've used it- I mean everywhere in Photoshop. Just this one text layer is giving me trouble.

What font?

You can try resetting the tools and preferences.

It's a font that I purchased from a graphic designer. Not a common PS font. I will try resetting the tools and preferences to see if that helps. Thanks!
