Library Panel Tip - Photoshop

Simple enought topic - how do I remove the below from being displayed it takes up too much real estate?

Hi there,

You can close the Libary panel in Photoshop by unchecking to Window > Libraries.

Thanks, however that I know I am wanting to remove the screenshot part posted. Thanks though for input. I want Libary Panel still open.
