Well, if your licenses weren't broken before, they are now when you've published your serial numbers. Can a moderator remove them?
Not that it helps you much either way, if you didn't deactivate on the old machine. CS5 and CS6 licenses have two allowed activation slots. If you've used up those two, activation counts will no longer be reset. Deactivating is the only way to migrate.
Fore earlier versions up to and including CS4, the activation servers have been permanently shut down. Those old versions can not be activated under any circumstances.
