License Plate [Locked]

Could someone please help me with extracting the license plate from the youtube video. My brother was involved in a hit and run case and we managed to track the car that hit him. The car in question is on the left hand side with the visible rear number plate,. The video is good quality, but the registration number is not clear.

Any help will be much appreciated.

The registration number is in format AANNA NNNN

A- Alpha

N - Numeric

For example KA06D 5641 ( NNNN - could be from 1 - 9999)
